Happy National Pizza Day to my fellow ‘za lovers out there! What I really want to know is do you prefer deep dish or thin crust? Surprisingly, as a Chicago girl born and raised, I choose thin crust! (I know, who am I?). But, I do enjoy a good deep dish from Lou Malnati’s every now and then.
In honor of National Pizza Day, I wanted to share an easy and delicious 3-Cheese Gluten Free Pizza recipe.
Ingredients:
- Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crust
- Shaved Parmesan Cheese
- Grated Manchego Cheese
- Grated Romano Cheese
- Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce (or your other favorite brand)
- Basil leaves
- Pepper
Directions:
Add toppings to pizza crust and bake in the over at 375 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes.
