Over the holidays, I was gifted the True Roots cookbook by Kristin Cavallari. I was so excited to peruse the dinner and dessert recipes, but when I looked in the back of the book, I was surprised to find delicious and refreshing recipes for infused ice cubes! These have quickly become my new favorite things to add to my water and tea.
They are simple to make and you can customize the ice cubes to whatever your favorite fruits, veggies or garnishes are. All you have to do is fill an ice cube tray half-way with water and add in your ingredients. Let the cubes freeze for an hour or so and then add to your water, tea, cocktail, etc.!

- Lemon and lavender
- Blueberries and mint
- Ginger and lemon
