I recently planned a local staycation in Chicago near Wicker Park/West Town area at an adorable Airbnb called You Are Where I Go. This place is in a great location and conveniently located near the Blue Line (Division stop). I mean, just check out this place!
I love the travel themed decor. It’s super cozy, chic, modern and clean (which is so important). The hosts of this Airbnb, Alex and Danny, are Superhosts, meaning they’re highly rated. I always lean towards booking with Superhosts because they are usually very responsive, accommodating, etc. and this was definitely the case.
They provided us with everything we need (kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies, etc.). There’s just something more home-y about staying at an Airbnb than a hotel and this place was definitely that home away from home feel. There were plants scattered throughout the place, which made me happy to see (all the plant lovers out there get me) and I even went ahead and watered them haha!
One of my favorite decor touches was this guestbook, which of course I had to sign before leaving.
I will definitely return back here for a local staycation and recommend to anyone traveling to Chicago.
