Intentions for March

Happy almost March! With the new month approaching, it’s a great time to reflect on the previous month as well as think about some things you want to work on for the upcoming month. Let’s take some time to set intentions for March together. Here are a few of mine:

  • Take myself on more dates (self-love baby)
  • Be more mindful and present when teaching yoga
  • Work on expanding my fitness routine
  • Educate myself about the yoga sutras and history of yoga
