Happy Tuesday! I’m sharing a new delicious and easy gluten free toast I recently made. As always, modify as needed!
Ingredients:
- Udi’s Gluten Free Multigrain bread
- Ricotta cheese
- Cherry tomatoes
- Basil
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
Toast bread and spread Ricotta cheese on top. Dice cherry tomatoes and chop basil. Top toast with diced tomatoes and sprinkle basil on top. Drizzle with EVOO and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
