Ravioli with Sautéed Cherry Tomatoes Recipe

During this quarantine, I’ve done a lot more cooking. Honestly, I forgot how much I enjoyed cooking and coming up with recipes, including this one I’m sharing today! Before quarantine, I packed my days and found myself “too busy” to cook and would end up grabbing food on the go more times than not. While I continue to order takeout from my local restaurants (support small businesses), I am also doing a decent amount of my own cooking (it’s time to use that food that we stocked up on).

Cooking or baking is a great way to tap into your creative side! This quarantine has taught me to enjoy the things that make me happy and fill my life with joy, cooking being one of them. Whenever life returns to the new normal, I hope to make more time for the activities that bring me happiness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package Giovanni Rana Pasta Ravioli
  • Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
  • Chopped Basil
  • Grated Romano Cheese
  • EVOO
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Directions:
Sauté cherry tomatoes in EVOO, salt, pepper and add in some of the chopped basil. In a pot, bring salted pasta water to a boil and add in ravioli. Strain cooked pasta and place in a pasta dish with EVOO and grated cheese at the bottom. Add in sautéed cherry tomatoes and mix together. Finish with chopped basil and more grated cheese on top!
