During this quarantine, I’ve done a lot more cooking. Honestly, I forgot how much I enjoyed cooking and coming up with recipes, including this one I’m sharing today! Before quarantine, I packed my days and found myself “too busy” to cook and would end up grabbing food on the go more times than not. While I continue to order takeout from my local restaurants (support small businesses), I am also doing a decent amount of my own cooking (it’s time to use that food that we stocked up on).
Cooking or baking is a great way to tap into your creative side! This quarantine has taught me to enjoy the things that make me happy and fill my life with joy, cooking being one of them. Whenever life returns to the new normal, I hope to make more time for the activities that bring me happiness.
